The Falcon 900EX's trijet configuration enhances safety and efficiency while delivering high performance under difficult conditions. The Falcon 900EX offers a big cabin within an externally compact fuselage. The center engine virtually eliminates separation draft behind the tailcone. The smart trijet configuration places thrust closer to the centerline lowering the critical Vmc and consequently takeoff speeds while the center engine reverse thrust can be used to a complete stop on short runways. The computer designed, low-drag wing is equipped with leading-edge slats and double-slotted Fowler flaps, giving the jet the ability to safely operate around small airports.
