The Falcon 7X development program is the latest to utilize the proprietary Dassault Systèmes tools in their entirety. Right from the outset of the program, digital models were used to test, validate and anticipate everything from tooling and assembly to aerodynamics and maintenance situations. This meant that even before the first maintenance check, one would know how to perform the maintenance service and what to expect during the process.

	Maintenance Vision
All digitally-designed parts and subassemblies were defined in real-time allowing for correction of possible conflicts long before assembly began. Additionally, potential production and maintenance issues were also identified early in the process and reflected in the design of the aircraft.

For our customers, we are able to provide a confident and accurate forecast on what to expect in the service maintenance, spares purchase and a realistic estimate for total cost of aircraft ownership. Here the very same design technology is utilized to help our customers with the realities of aircraft management and ownership. Falcons are the only executive jets in the world designed and maintained through such a fully integrated system.
