Bulletins & Advisories / Field Reports
Service Bulletins are documents issued from time to time to provide operators with the technical and maintenance information to perform aircraft modifications that improve reliability, maintainability and cost-efficiency. These documents help our Falcon owners to:
- Reduce maintenance costs
- Comply with new regulations
- Improve performance and aircraft comfort
- Avoid canceling missions

Other Service Documents available to our customers are:
Falcon Service Advisories (FSA)
contain technical and maintenance information collected from Falcon operators as well as comments from the aircraft manufacturer. They may also contain information regarding incidents, maintenance and operations.
Falcon Service News Flash (FSN)
contains high-interest information about required maintenance or operations action, and is transmitted immediately to all operators. An Airworthiness Directive sometimes accompanies it. All SBs, FSAs/FSNs are available for all aircraft in PDF format on the private portal area of the Falcon Web site.
Field Reports- E-mail Alerts
let us notify you when new service documents are posted to the private portal. Based on recommendation by Falcon Operators and the NBAA technical committee, Field Report Summaries (also known as Field Technical Reports or "FTRs") are offered to provide a very brief summary of occurrences in the field as reported by Falcon Operators. Any significant event information that we believe may benefit our operators is included in Service Advisories, News Flashes and/or may be included in the CATS¨ (Computer Assisted Troubleshooting System) program as part of our review of this information.
