Operator Forums

Falcon recognizes the importance of close communications with its operators.

Operator Advisory Board (OAB)

meetings bring together Falcon operators and Falcon Customer Service. The OAB meets twice a year in person, while conducting online meetings regularly throughout the year. Discussions cover high-level service issues such as, but not limited to, aircraft operating costs and the quality of Falcon Customer Service. OAB member input ensures that Dassault's product support efforts - both current and proposed - are concentrated in the areas most important to operators.OAB members are appointed to represent different geographical regions and a balanced range of Falcon models and operating environments. Members must be currently operating Falcon aircraft as either a Chief Pilot, Chief of Maintenance or Director of Aviation.

Focus Groups and Customer Interview Sessions

Qualitative focus groups and one-on-one interviews are regularly conducted through an independent research partner as a way of obtaining direct and unbiased customer feedback and guidance on new developments in products and programs. We look to our customers as an advisory council not only on existing offerings, but also to help collaborate on ideas for enhancing the Dassault Falcon Customer Service program for the future.

Falcon Maintenance & Operations Meetings (M&Os)

are held regularly around the globe. M&Os cover model-specific technical information and offer a prime opportunity for face-to-face exchanges with Dassault engineering experts.
