Manufacturing Facilities

One look at our manufacturing process and you'll see: Falcons are inspired from beginning to end.

    Argenteuil (France): This establishment is responsible for producing the metal parts: cambered parts, coatings and machined parts, for the fuselages, which are assembled there.
 
    Argonay (France): Dassault Equipment, a division of Dassault Aviation, is located at Saint-Cloud and Argonay. It is responsible for flight control systems, and various items of equipment involved in the production of these high-tech systems for Dassault Aviation civil and military aircraft. It also manufactures flight control elements for helicopters and missiles.
 
    Biarritz (France): The pilot plant for work with composite materials, it manufactures and assembles various parts made from composite materials: wing panels, elevons, end plates, banners, hatches, etc.
 
    Istres (France): This establishment is mainly responsible for integration, system validation and flight tests.
 
    Martignas (France): This establishment is responsible for assembling wing structures produced from elements-composite or metal-supplied by other company establishments. It also assembles Falcon sections for onward shipping to Merignac.
 
    Mérignac (France): Responsible for the design and production of civil aircraft prototypes- this established carries out the final assembly of civil and military aircraft.
 
    Poitiers (France): Skilled in pyrotechnic and in the technology of superplastic forming and diffusion bonding (SPFDB technology) of titanium parts for aircraft components trade from the following materials: leading edge tips, canards.
 
    Saint-Cloud (France): This site is the location for the Technical Management Department, the International Technical Management Department and its various specialist departments, research offices including the military aircraft research department.
 
    Seclin (France): Large-size metal parts for company aircraft, especially integral structures, are produced on this site, which also includes the Industrial Robotic Technical Center.
 
    Little Rock (USA): Falcon completion center.
