(Orlando, Florida, October 19, 2009) – Dassault Falcon has appointed Dean Fagaly as the new Director of Customer Completion Administration at its Little Rock, Arkansas facility. Dean is replacing John Peapples who retired in June after 30 years with Dassault.
"Dean has a very strong reputation for integrity and thoroughness among both customers and fellow employees,” said Carlos Brana, vice president of contracts and specification. "This is a well-deserved promotion, and I’m confident he will exceed the expectations of our customers in his new position.” Dean holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Communications from Florida Southern College.
Dean brings nearly 20 years of experience in aviation, and fourteen years of experience with Dassault to his new position. For the last decade he served as a deputy and group leader of the Customer Completion Administration group where he has become intimately familiar with the completion process and the interaction of each of the groups involved.
The Customer Completion Administration group serves as the main point of contact between the customer and the completions center, providing a continuous flow of information throughout the process, and helping to facilitate changes as requests arise. In addition to coordinating every aspect of the aircraft acceptance and delivery, the group works closely with numerous other entities within the Falcon organization, including engineering, flight operations and spec and design.
Dean will report to Carlos Brana, based in Teterboro.
