TRIBUTE TO SERGE DASSAULT
The Falcon Family Breakfast is a Dassault tradition which was much loved by Serge Dassault, who attended every NBAA for nearly six decades.
This year, before getting down to business, the Falcon Family paused for a video tribute to Serge. Because, although he has passed, his spirit lives on, as does his passion for aviation and innovation.
ALL ABOARD THE FALCON 6X EXPRESS
As in past Family Breakfasts, the master of ceremonies was aviation journalist Miles O’Brien, introduced by DFJ President & CEO, Jean Rosanvallon. Miles set the stage for a series of panel discussions and videos which took attendees on a virtual tour around the world of Dassault.
The primary mission: a program progress check as Dassault builds its biggest, most capable Falcon ever, the mighty 6X.
A LITTLE ROCK FAMILY HISTORY
How exactly did Little Rock, Arkansas, become home to Dassault Aviation’s state-of-the-art Falcon completion center?
It started with an investment banker named Jack Stevens, an early believer in business aviation and Falcons in particular. Today, under the leadership of Jack’s son, Warren Stevens, a partnership that changed history for Stevens Inc, Dassault, Little Rock and Memphis continues to grow. It’s a fascinating story of families and Falcons.
IT’S ALL ABOUT SERVICE
Service and support is a global enterprise for Dassault. In this video, Miles O’Brien chats with a member of Dassault’s Pilot Support team. Earlier he had an opportunity to do more than talk with the Director of Aftermarket Programs; he got to fly with him.
