#1 IN CUSTOMER SERVICE
Crew Chief Blog reveals all
In his latest Crew Chief Blog, Jean Kayanakis, Senior VP, Worldwide Falcon Customer Service & Service Center Network, tells the story of a Falcon Airborne Support mission that demonstrates perfectly how Dassault earned its #1 spot in the AIN Product Support survey. On July 20 an 8X crew in Minsk, Belarus reported an AOG. Their next mission was slated for the following day. The Teterboro Command Center identified the problem, the GoTeam in Paris swung into action, and the Falcon 8X took off for the Philippines right on time. No task is too great for the Falcon team, even when accounting for challenges posed by the pandemic. Read the full story in the Blog.

THE DIGITAL FLIGHT CONTROL DIFFERENCE
YouTube video brings DFCS to life
For more than four decades, Dassault has been advancing fly-by-wire technology in fighter jets like the Rafale, and started a revolution by introducing its proprietary Digital Flight Control System (DFCS) to business aviation. A new video offers an overview of how the Falcon DFCS works, what it does, how it differs from competitors’ “off-the-shelf” systems, and how it reduces pilot workload and ensures passengers a smoother, safer flying experience. First to market, Dassault DFCS remains the state of the art in fly-by-wire technology.
