6X PROGRAM ACCELERATES
Falcon 6X right on schedule
The news is good. The 6X program is on track for a first flight in 2021 with deliveries beginning in 2022. The initial design phase is complete, aircraft architecture has been finalized, and we’re cutting metal for structural parts. We’ve also begun building the fuselage, and engines are being tested. 2019 Falcon Calendar arrives Once again, Dassault welcomes the New Year with a visually inspiring calendar. The 2019 edition — Falcon Runway — conjures up powerful images of Falcons poised at the ready, as if preparing to move down a red carpet runway, on a flight headed for success, or the adventure of a lifetime. In the spirit of power and beauty, a year’s worth of dazzling images in high-resolution and wallpaper formats are available for downloading.

M&O ON THE MOVE
Eight cities on four continents Dassault is going places again this coming spring. Falcon M&O Seminars 2019 will begin in Denver on April 9, and end on May 21 in Mahwah, NJ. In between there will be stops in Paris, Shanghai, Dallas, Toluca, Chicago, and São Paulo. A full line up of speakers and technical sessions will cover a wide range of topics important to every Falcon operator. Dassault partners will also be on hand. As always, it’s a chance to share our passion for all things Falcon. |

TALKING, TEXTING AND MORE
FalconConnect arriving soon The year ended on a high note as the first aircraft – a Falcon 2000LXS – equipped with the new FalconConnect integrated onboard communications system was rolled out of a Dassault facility. FalconConnect is a comprehensive inflight communications system that allows passengers to talk, text and stream content seamlessly, throughout flights, even over oceans. It’s now available as an upgrade for in-service Falcons and soon on new Falcon aircraft.

Falcons fare well in aviation survey Each year, Business Jet Traveler magazine conducts an in-depth survey to determine how, when, where and why its readers use and choose private aircraft. This year’s 2018 Readers’ Choice Survey attracted a record number of nearly 1,500 respondents. In the “Owned Aircraft” section, Dassault Falcon was rated #1 in Aircraft Value for Price Paid and #2 in Aircraft Reliability. The entire survey makes for interesting reading.

Digital edition now available The newest edition of Falconer Magazine is online. It features a wide range of subjects, beginning with a tribute to the late Serge Dassault. The magazine includes a comprehensive article about the ultra widebody Falcon 6X, which is speeding toward first flight in 2021. There is also a feature about FalconConnect, the connectivity solution that is soon to be available on both in-service and new Falcons, as well as a customer testimonial about the Falcon 8X.
