This is why Dassault created FalconCare. Originally designed in response to a customer’s request, the pay-by-the-hour program has evolved as more customers subscribed to the service and offered their feedback. Today more than 500 Falcons have been enrolled and the program offers two levels of service: FalconCare Elite and FalconCare Essential.
