Falcon Command Center Hotline

Your hotline numbers give you comprehensive Falcon support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Each help desk representative is professional, knowledgeable and cross-trained to cover the complete Falcon line. They have complete access to the latest technology including Product Lifecycle Management databases and collaborative tools - sophisticated systems that connect them to the technical knowledge and resources of the entire Falcon network.

So you are always supported and protected whenever you need to be.



Spares Inventory Location

Dassault maintains a comprehensive stock of Genuine Dassault Falcon Replacement parts and tools strategically located throughout the world. Our parts distribution depots in Paris, New York and satellite locations are open around the clock, and if needed, we can have your part delivered counter-to-counter on the same day to nearly all corners of the globe. Ninety-eight percent of all parts shipped are delivered on or before the customer’s needed-by date. Dassault Falcon’s track record on parts availability is unparalleled in the industry.

Falcon GoTeam

When you have an AOG, we want one thing – Whatever It Takes – to get you flying again as quickly as humanly possible. That’s why Falcon has established GoTeams in strategic locations around the world. These are highly-trained, travel-ready technical experts – who we send along with the tools and parts they need – and the attitude you want when the clock is ticking.​​​​​​​​​​​​


Field Service Network​

Our Field Service Network consists of 80 global partners, strategically positioned to support Falcon operators wherever they work. As a Falcon customer, your Field Service Team includes a Customer Service Manager and Field Service Representatives personnel. These experts are dedicated to servicing all your aircraft requirements and act as your personal advocates in ownership and operation. They also liaise directly with Dassault Falcon, Dassault Authorized Service Centers and our technical personnel.


Falcon Operational Support

We have selected and established a dedicated team to assist Falcon pilots and flight departments before, during and after aircraft delivery. 

These 40 highly qualified and experienced professionals - including Dassault flight test pilots, pilots and former pilots – are on hand to answer your operational questions, address regulatory issues regarding operations and provide training for your crews.

Company Owned Service Centers

Dassault Falcon operates company-owned service centers in Paris/Le Bourget, France; Little Rock, Arkansas; Reno, Nevada; Sao Paulo, Brazil and Wilmington, Delaware. For even greater support, company-owned Satellite Service Stations are located in Moscow, Russia; Luton, England; Rome, Italy; Nice, France; West Palm Beach, Florida and at the Spirit of St. Louis Airport in Chesterfield, Missouri.


Wherever your travels take you, these facilities are your Falcon's home away from home.
