New Crew Chief cleared for takeoff
Saint-Cloud, France
2/22/2019

First off, my thanks to Jacques Chauvet for the kind words in his last blog. We won't soon forget how he brought our customer service to such a high level — just look at the latest surveys. I myself started at Dassault 25 years ago in the design office. Now, I face many new opportunities, one of which is the Crew Chief Blog. And, this first post comes at an opportune time, as there are several exciting developments in the area of customer service.

As you may know, the position I'm stepping into is a completely new one, with a long list of responsibilities (and an equally long title). I will be heading a comprehensive initiative to integrate our services around the world with the help of Geoff Chick. It will eventually lead to a more consistent and streamlined customer experience. I can't go into all the details right now, but needless to say, the challenges will be worth it.

It's also a perfect time to mention the Dassault agreement to purchase the MRO services of ExecuJet. This major milestone will be a huge benefit to Falcon operators, especially in Asia-Pacific, Oceania, the Middle East and Africa. All at once, Dassault's global service center network will increase significantly in size and scope. ExecuJet is a fantastic company with great people. Their state-of-the-art maintenance activities will align perfectly with our own.

Well, that's it for now. Stay tuned for more great news to come. And let me know how I did with my first Crew Chief blog post. My friend Jacques is a tough act to follow!
