Dassault Falcon Service (DFS) has, since 1967, an unmatched experience in the area of business aviation. Thanks to its integrated structure unparalleled in Europe, DFS is in a position to offer an extensive suite of maintenance, management and technical services for Falcon business jets. Located at Paris Le Bourget airport, DFS Service Center is a subsidiary of Dassault Aviation, member of the Dassault Aircraft Services network. DFS also supplies a special Ramp Service with a team unique in Europe, ready to support you at Paris Le Bourget airport or anywhere your aircraft is grounded.DFS activities include FBO services during your stopover at Paris Le Bourget airport as well as aircraft management and executive flights. In addition, we are continuously developing a variety of services that include technical support and Falcon aircraft operation consulting, with the purpose of sharing with Falcon operators the proficiency and know-how we maintain with the manufacturer.
Unique in Europe, our Ramp service can fix any problem you might encounter on your Falcon. In fact, anytime, anywhere, no matter what the problem is, our Ramp service will be there for you to provide Total Falcon Support. A special hotline number was created exclusively for this inimitable technical rescue unit. A specially trained representative will be ready to assist you as soon as you call DFS Ramp service hotline number. Use of the latest data processing equipment to manage the various items that are stocked at DFS, enables us to quickly and accurately respond to your demands. Moreover, defect rectifications can be processed either at Le Bourget Airport or wherever your Falcon is grounded in the world.

Dassault Falcon Service is present in all areas of business aviation, including FBO services during your stopover at Le Bourget airport. Our FBO ranks among the top 10 FBOs in the Eastern Hemisphere, accommodates all categories of aircraft including the largest ones, and provides thorough assistance to your flight crew. The FBO offers a large range of services to passengers and crew members. Our passengers have access to our VIP lounge with direct view on the aircraft in preparation. They can have a drink with their team or friends or read the international press in a quiet, confidential and cosy environment.
The crew members can have rest in a special room designed totheir needs, with comfortable seats and Internet access. The operations’ personnel will provide you with the necessary information for your flight such as: jet-plan, flight plan, NOTAM, weather forecast and slot management.
