Cabin Familiarization training

Welcome Aboard

Because every Falcon is unique, Dassault provides Cabin Familiarization training to all customers upon delivery of their new aircraft. The program is designed to familiarize owners, operators and cabin personnel with equipment and systems operations onboard their new aircraft, ensuring comfort and confidence right from the start.

Training upon aircraft delivery

Training is generally provided upon delivery of the aircraft, and is recommended to take place at the customer’s main operating base. This training is designed over 2 (two) days and covers everything owners and cabin crews need to know about their new Falcon.

Pre-owned and in service Aircraft

Cabin Familiarization training is also available for recently purchased Dassault pre-owned aircraft upon delivery. While generally included in the sales contract for new aircraft, it will be at costs for pre-owned aircraft. For in-service aircraft, recurrent or “a la carte training” can also be organized.

This session is tailored to individual aircraft operating requirements, and features theoretical and hands-on training. Using practice exercises, trainees acquire the knowledge and skills they need to efficiently and effectively manage any situation.

Training includes:

  • Aircraft walk around
  • Cockpit and cabin configuration
  • Cabin Management System (entertainment, cabin controls)
  • Connectivity
  • Location of Safety/Emergency Equipment
    Galley Service Equipment and Procedure
  • Sleeping configuration
  • Manual overrides in case of electrical failure

It also includes a review of Falcon aircraft documentation as the cabin guide and crew user guides, an overview of Falcon general data, and a comprehensive aircraft exterior familiarization tour.
