The protection of your personal data is of great importance to Dassault Aviation.
When an Internet user (hereinafter the “User”) visits the website as well as any other web pages associated with this domain name (hereinafter individually or collectively referred to as the “Website”), Dassault Aviation may be required to collect and process the User’s personal data (hereinafter “Personal Data”) as defined by the European (EU) Regulation 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 relating to the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free circulation of such data (the “GDPR”) and the French law of January 6, 1978, amended, relating to data protection and privacy (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Personal Data Legislation”).

IV. Collecting and processing personal data
The User may, via the Website, subscribe to the Dassault Falcon Newsletter service, but may also make a contact request directly to Dassault Aviation.
As such, to be able to process such requests, Dassault Aviation must collect and process the User’s Personal Data through a form completed by the User.
1. Newsletter service subscription
1.1 Legal basis
Collection of the User’s Personal Data through the Dassault Falcon newsletter subscription form is based on the User’s consent.
The request for consent is presented in an understandable and easily accessible form, and formulated in clear and simple terms. Dassault Aviation is able to demonstrate that the User has consented to their Personal Data being processed.
The identity of the controller, the purposes, the types of data collected and the existence of the right to withdraw consent are specified in the request for consent. It is as simple for the User to withdraw as it is for them to give their consent.
Dassault Aviation informs the User that entering Personal Data through the Newsletter service subscription form is required for Dassault Aviation to be able to send the Newsletters to the User. The User is free to refuse to enter their Personal Data, accepting that the Newsletters cannot be sent to them without their consent.
1.2 Purpose
The purpose of processing the User’s Personal Data with regard to the Newsletter service is to enable such Newsletters to be sent to each User who has subscribed to Dassault Aviation’s Newsletter service.
1.3 Retention period
Dassault Aviation processes the User’s Personal Data for the duration of the Newsletter service.
The User is free to withdraw their consent by unsubscribing from the Newsletter service at any time. The User’s Personal Data will be deleted as soon as possible following the User’s unsubscription.

The recipients of the Personal Data collected through the Newsletter subscription form are the personnel and subcontractors of Dassault Aviation with a strict “need to know” in order to fulfill their duties related to the Newsletter service.
The User’s Personal Data is not transferred outside of the European Economic Area.
2. Contact request
2.1 Legal basis
Collection of the User’s Personal Data through the contact form is based on the User’s consent.
The request for consent is presented in an understandable and easily accessible form, and formulated in clear and simple terms. Dassault Aviation is able to demonstrate that the User has consented to their Personal Data being processed.
The identity of the controller, the purposes, the types of data collected and the existence of the right to withdraw consent are specified in the request for consent. It is as simple for the User to withdraw as it is for them to give their consent.
Dassault Aviation informs the User that entering Personal Data through the contact form is required for Dassault Aviation to be able to process their request and/or contact them. The User is free to refuse to enter their Personal Data, accepting that they will not be able to benefit from this service.
2.2 Purpose
The purpose of processing the User’s Personal Data with regard to the contact request is to enable Dassault Aviation to process the request and/or contact each User who has filled out a request form to this effect.
2.3 Retention period
Information collected from the contact form is recorded and stored for a period of one (1) year. The User’s Personal Data will be automatically deleted and destroyed following this period.
The User is free to withdraw their consent at any time by contacting Dassault Aviation directly at the following address: personaldata@dassault-aviation.com. The User’s Personal Data will be deleted and destroyed as soon as possible following the withdrawal of consent.
