This year's Falcon Maintenance & Operations (M&O) Seminars will kick off on April 5 in Paris, France and conclude May 17 in São Paulo, Brazil. Miami and Chicago will also be included on this year's M&O tour.

The OAB enhances communications between Dassault and customers by taking every opportunity to engage fellow Falcon operators and get feedback on service experiences in order to make recommendations to Dassault for future improvements.
OAB members also participate in the various Working Groups, which gather information from over 150 Falcon operators worldwide. Ultimately, the OAB strengthens the bond within the Falcon Family, bringing operators together with Falcon Customer Service to work more efficiently and effectively towards common goals.
