Dassault Aircraft Services today celebrated the grand opening of the Stuart (KSUA) satellite service center. The service center was relocated from West Palm Beach in order to better meet the needs of the customer fleet in the area as well as transient aircraft.
“When our customers expressed a desire for an expansion of capacity and services in Southern Florida, we listened. Our move to Stuart features a larger space and will offer a variety of benefits to Falcon operators,” said Geoff Chick, SVP Worldwide Service Network. “In addition to the same great team of professionals to carry out Falcon maintenance and upgrade needs, we will be increasing staffing levels to accommodate the increased capabilities.”
The new 25,000-square-foot space at the Stuart Jet Center offers twice the hangar capacity and more back-shop and customer office areas. In addition to more amenities such as rental cars, high-speed Wi-Fi, a coffee bar and meeting spaces, customers will have access to a 24/7 full-service FBO. Witham Field Airport (KSUA) is easily accessible with minimal Temporary Flight Restrictions (TFRs). As an added bonus, the Stuart area offers affordable oceanfront resort hotels, world-class golf courses, and many dining and entertainment options.
Dassault Aircraft Services satellite service centers support Falcon aircraft with a variety of services. The Stuart service center is authorized to perform up to the “36 Month” inspection on the Falcon 50, 2000 and 900 families of aircraft as well as the Falcon 7X and 8X. It houses US $1.5 million in tooling, equipment and genuine Falcon spare parts. A Falcon AOG ‘GoTeam’ is also located at the facility providing rapid mobile response directly to an aircraft location with the parts, tooling and personnel necessary to fix an aircraft with minimal delay.
