Dassault Announces 2024 Falcon Regional M&O Schedule

Saint-Cloud, France,

Dassault Aviation is releasing the schedule for this year’s Falcon Maintenance & Operations (M&O) Seminars.

The seminars will kick off on April 10 in Toluca, Mexico and April 10-11 in Paris, France and will round out with two-day events in Dallas, Texas and Greenwich, Connecticut on April 24-25 and May 14-15.

As last year, the events will feature an expanded format intended to make more information available to operators and increase opportunities for them to meet and exchange insights and experience.

“Each spring, our Falcon M&O seminars are eagerly anticipated by customers, partners and Dassault team members alike,” said Jean Kayanakis, Senior Vice President, Worldwide Customer Service and Service Center Network. “We highly value the two-way exchange of information they afford, giving everyone in the Falcon community a chance to come together face to face. This helps us understand exactly what we are doing well and what new steps we can take to further optimize the Falcon customer experience.”

As at past events, this year’s tour will feature presentations on the latest Falcon programs, breakout sessions for pilots, cabin crew and technicians, and plenty of opportunities to chat with vendors, training providers and other operators.

Product and service updates will focus on the award-winning FalconWays route optimization tool, sustainability challenges, the advanced EASy IV cockpit and the recent entry into service of the new Falcon 6X extra widebody twin. There will also be ample opportunities for operators to see how we are expanding our global maintenance, repair and overhaul network. Presentations will include an update on our new flagship facility in Melbourne, Florida, scheduled to open in 2025.
