Sessions will include briefings on the successful introduction of the new Falcon 6X
Dassault Aviation’s 2025 Falcon Regional Maintenance & Operations seminar series will kick off on April 2 in Paris. Additional events will take place in Phoenix, Arizona; Nashville, Tennessee; and São Paulo, Brazil.
The Paris and U.S. M&Os will feature a two-day format designed to provide more in-depth information to operators and will offer multiple opportunities for networking and information sharing – including at an offsite evening outing. The São Paulo show will consist of one full day, as in past years.
“Customer feedback shows that operators are enthusiastic about the longer two-day format and greatly value the additional content and face-to-face interactions they afford,” said Jean Kayanakis, Senior Vice President, Worldwide Customer Service and Service Center Network. “And we at Dassault likewise value that. The seminars are critical to helping us understand what we are doing well and what we can do better to further optimize the Falcon customer experience.”
This year’s events will feature presentations on the latest Falcon programs, as well as breakout sessions for pilots, cabin crew and technicians. Product and service updates will include information on the new FalconAssist app that helps link customers to experts at the Falcon Command Center for faster resolution of AOG situations, and feedback from the first year of operation of the industry-leading extra-widebody Falcon 6X.
Dassault will also brief attendees on the continuing expansion of the global support network, including the opening of the new major Dassault MRO in Melbourne, Florida, set for mid-2025.
