6X TAKING SHAPE
Manufacturing in full swing Having completed the design phase this spring, the Falcon 6X program is now well into the manufacturing phase and on track to complete assembly of the first aircraft by early 2020. Work is going full throttle at the Biarritz facility, where the aft section of the 6X fuselage is assembled. Later this fall, the complete fuselage will be delivered to Bordeaux-Mérignac for final assembly. These are significant milestones on the 6X’s journey to its first flight in 2021 and first deliveries in 2022. |
