Top-rated service organization set to assist Falcon Fleet at Major Global Event
Dassault Aviation’s global product support organization, voted number one in 2019 industry surveys, will once again position an elite team of service specialists, equipment and rapid response aircraft at airports near Davos the week of January 20th.
Dassault Aviation makes these comprehensive resources available to Falcon customers during special global events, this year including the Super Bowl in February in Miami and the Summer Olympics in Tokyo.
“Field support for major events has become woven into our regular product support operations. It is part of our global commitment to position support as close as possible to the customer,” said Jean Kayanakis, Senior Vice President of Worldwide Falcon Customer Service & Service Center Network. “We want to ensure that Falcon operators attending such events have access to the fastest, most comprehensive and highest quality onsite support available.”
To serve Falcon crews attending the Davos event, Dassault Aviation has reinforced its support teams at Zurich International Airport and St. Gallen–Altenrhein Airport, making available resources from its newly acquired service centers in Switzerland (TAG Maintenance Services and the business aviation operations of RUAG) and from elsewhere in the Falcon Support organization.
Dassault Aviation will be ready to support its customers with technical team assistance, offsite GoTeam dispatch and the Falcon Response portfolio of Aircraft on Ground (AOG) services. Falcon Response is the only AOG service equipped with dedicated aircraft, two Falcon 900Bs, which help speed transport of spare parts, tools and technicians to remote sites and provide alternative lift, when needed, to get passengers to their final destination.
In addition, Falcon operators will have immediate access to routine troubleshooting services provided by the 24/7 global Falcon Command Center.
